Job Summary: 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing new and existing products from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, quality control, marketing, and supply chain to ensure products meet market needs, quality standards, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop product concepts based on market research, customer feedback, and company objectives. 
• Collaborate with designers and suppliers to create prototypes and conduct testing. 

• Analyze product performance and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights. 

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality control. 

• Manage timelines and ensure product development milestones are met. 

• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in product development, preferably within  

• Strong project management and organizational skills. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools. 

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost analysis. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working in an agile or cross-functional team environment. 

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles if developing digital products. 

• Familiarity with sustainability practices and regulatory compliance.
