We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Visual Executive (Junior) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Mass Communication and design skills, who is passionate about creating engaging visual content for social media. You will support the marketing team by handling content creation, product photography, and editing, ensuring that our brand’s identity is consistent and appealing across all digital platforms.

• Content Creation & Design

• Develop creative visual assets (static, motion, video snippets) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Design layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign directions.

• Product Photography & Videography

• Conduct product shoots, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes visuals for campaigns.

• Handle basic to intermediate photo and video editing (retouching, color correction, cropping, resizing).

• Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form videos and reels optimized for social media.

• Apply creative storytelling through visuals while ensuring high production quality.

• Social Media Support

• Assist in creating visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and community engagement activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute them visually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).

• Basic skills in photography and videography (composition, lighting, framing).

• Strong editing skills with attention to detail and creativity.

• Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and algorithms (especially Instagram & TikTok).

• A proactive learner with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
