Responsibilities

Design and Prepress:

- Prepare and check digital artwork files for CTP plate production, ensuring color accuracy, layout, and file integrity.

- Operate and maintain Computer-to-Plate (CTP) equipment to create high-quality printing plates.

- Perform pre-flight checks on all files to identify and correct any errors before they are sent to the CTP machine.

Coordination and Project Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines and communicating updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure a seamless workflow.

- Track job progress and schedules to meet deadlines and prioritize urgent tasks.

- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and records.

Quality Control:

- Conduct final quality checks on all printed plates to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to file formats, software, and CTP equipment.

Requirements

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Fresh Graduates Are Welcome to Apply.

- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).A solid understanding of basic design principles and print production processes.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude for client and team interactions.

- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.
