Job Description

• Create and present interior design concepts to completion in response to client needs.
• Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.
• Work closely with the project supervisor and sub-contractor.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

You will be responsible for :

• Carrying out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in commercial projects.
• Being involved in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
• Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.
• Carrying out ad-hoc duties assigned by management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator, photoshop or other design programs
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skill

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field is required
• Efficient in AutoCad 2D & 3D
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to meet deadline
• Able to work under low supervision
• Have own car

  Job Responsibilities

  • Take receipt of client’s design brief and prepare concept & design proposals with inputs from Seniors or Managers.
  • To assist with initial concept presentation and meetings.
  • Prepare full set conceptual drawings in 2D and 3D presentation and layout plan as well as to prepare conceptual design and sample material board.
  • Prepare 2D & 3D documentations using computer applications such as AutoCAD, 3DSmax & Vray and/or Sketchup & Vray, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
  • Working closely with teammates on projects and client briefings.

   

  Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experiences as an Interior Designer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Knowledgeable in 3DsMax / SketchUp (added advantage).
  • Experience in managing projects from concept to completion is an added advantage.
