We are looking for a creative and results-driven Landing Page Designer with relevant hands-on experience to join our team. If you have a passion for design, understand conversion principles, and can craft engaging digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 Job Scopes

• Design and develop high-converting landing pages aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Optimize page layout, visual hierarchy, and user flow to maximize conversions
• Collaborate with marketing team to translate campaign strategies into compelling designs
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs across devices and browsers
• Continuously test, analyze, and improve landing page performance (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
• Bonus: If you have experience or insights in structuring and crafting content strategies for high-conversion landing pages, that’s a strong plus, and we would love to involve you on this too.

✅ Requirements

• Relevant experience in landing page or web design (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proven hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with solid knowledge of typography and color theory
• Familiarity with conversion optimization and digital marketing concepts
• Must be able to read/write/speak Chinese (our landing page is in Chinese)
• Preferably with experience in Kartra (bonus if you can operate and build directly on the platform)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong plus: Deep understanding of what makes a landing page convert (content structure, layout psychology, and optimization secrets)
