3D Design for Event Pop-up Gashapon Setup

We’re looking for a creative 3D designer to develop concepts for an event pop-up Gashapon setup.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Create 2 design options

•⁠  ⁠Provide 2 views for each design option (e.g., front + side or perspective)

Designs must be realistic, event-ready, and visually attractive

Design Details:

•⁠  ⁠Setup should fit in multiple Gashapon machines (exact number to be confirmed)

•⁠  ⁠Structure is free-standing

Indicate size of setup (W × D × H) clearly in propose design

Include branding elements (logo, colors, visuals – will be provided)

Deliverables:

3D renders (JPEG/PNG format)

Editable source files preferred (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent)

Timeline:

First draft deadline: 30 September 2025

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in event/booth/pop-up design

Strong 3D visualization skills

Able to provide creative concepts that are also practical for build & installation
