What You’ll Do 你将会负责的工作:

Fashion Design 时装设计

• Responsible for end-to-end design development of baby and toddler wear (basic and seasonal collections). 全面负责婴幼儿服装（基础系列及季节性系列）的设计开发。

• Create design sketches, tech packs, and specifications to guide sample and bulk production. 制作设计草图、技术包（tech pack）及规格表，用于指导打样及大货生产。

• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and colors according to brand standards, functionality, and safety requirements. 根据品牌标准、功能性及安全要求，挑选合适的面料、辅料及颜色。

• Coordinate with in-house and outsourced designers/suppliers for sample development, lab dips, and fitting sessions. 与内部及外部设计师/供应商协调样品开发、色样（lab dips）及试穿环节。

• Ensure design accuracy, comfort, and compliance with babywear quality and safety standards. 确保设计的准确性、舒适度，以及符合婴儿服装的质量与安全标准。

• Work with marketing team on styling for product shoots, catalogs, and POSM display needs. 与市场团队合作，负责产品拍摄、目录设计及卖场展示（POSM）的造型需求。

• Provide creative input for VM planning and new product launches. 为视觉营销（VM）规划及新品发布提供创意支持。

Merchandising 商品管理

• Liaise with garment suppliers and factories on sample development, production booking, and delivery timelines. 与服装供应商及工厂沟通样品开发、生产下单及交期管理。

• Prepare and review tech packs, workmanship specifications, and measurement charts to ensure accuracy for bulk production. 准备并审核技术包、工艺规范及尺寸表，确保大货生产的准确性。

• Coordinate fitting sessions, record comments, and follow up with suppliers for corrections until approval. 协调试穿会议，记录修改意见，并跟进供应商直至获得最终确认。

• Check and verify product costings (fabric consumption, trims, labor, overhead) to ensure target GP% and price positioning. 审核及核对产品成本（面料用量、辅料、人工及费用），确保达到目标毛利率（GP%）及价格定位。

• Monitor fabric/trims sourcing, lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk approval process to meet production requirements. 监督面料/辅料的采购、色样、印花样（strike-offs）及大货审批流程，确保符合生产需求。

• Track sample development stages (proto, SMS, pre-production, TOP) and ensure deadlines are met. 跟进样品开发各阶段（初样、SMS、大货前样、产前样、成衣样），并确保按时完成。

• Assist in solving production-related issues (fabric shortage, spec variation, workmanship defects) with suppliers. 协助解决生产相关问题（面料短缺、规格偏差、工艺缺陷）并与供应商沟通处理。

• Work closely with QC team to ensure products meet FIFFY babywear quality and safety standards. 与质检团队紧密合作，确保产品符合 FIFFY 婴儿服装的质量与安全标准。

• Maintain accurate merchandising documentation (purchase requisitions, supplier quotations, costing sheets, approval records). 维护完整准确的商品文件（采购申请、供应商报价、成本单、审批记录等）。

• Support in seasonal line planning and product range balancing (basic vs seasonal, unisex vs gendered, price tiers) . 协助季节性产品线规划与产品组合平衡（基础款与季节款、中性与性别区分、不同价格层级）。
  

What We’re Looking For 我们希望你具备 :

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Merchandising, or related fields. 时装设计、纺织、商品管理或相关专业大专/本科学历。

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in babywear or apparel design/merchandising preferred (fresh graduates may be considered). 至少 1–2 年婴儿服装或服装设计/商品管理相关经验（优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑）。

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop; knowledge of CAD pattern software is a plus. 熟练掌握 Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop；懂 CAD 打版软件者优先。

• Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims. 具备良好的服装结构、面料及辅料知识。

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 注重细节，具备良好的组织与时间管理能力。

• Able to balance creativity with cost and market requirements. 能够在创意与成本、市场需求之间取得平衡。

• Team player with good communication and coordination skills. 良好的沟通及协调能力，具备团队合作精神。
