Are you passionate about digital marketing and love helping speakers succeed through impactful webinars? This role focuses on strategising and executing both existing and new marketing campaigns for our clients. It also involves setting up GHL funnels and landing pages, integrating with tools like Pabbly and Zoom, and configuring automated reminder messages and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality webinar leads aligned with each speaker’s brand and message.
- Assist in designing and launching sales funnels that guide leads from opt-in to conversion, using proven funnel structures.
- Coordinate reminder systems (calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email) to maximize webinar attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to manage live webinars, including tech checks, speaker flow, and audience interaction.
- Provide daily and weekly performance reports on ad campaigns, funnel metrics, and show-up rates.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all webinar assets and communications.
- Stay current on performance marketing trends, creative ad strategies, and funnel optimization tactics.

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, lead generation funnels, and basic CRM tools.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support diverse speaker audiences.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple webinar projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Pabbly, Zoom, or event tech platforms is a strong plus.
