We're looking for mid–senior level UI/UX Specialists to join a digital transformation initiative on a 2-months contract.

• Location: Onsite at an office in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
• Contract Period: 25 August 2025 - 27 Oct 2025
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
  
  

The first week will require full onsite presence (5 days).

• Subsequent weeks may include onsite work depending on the schedule of activities such as Discovery Workshops
• If there are no critical activities requiring onsite presence, work-from-home (WFH) requests can be made and will be considered.

🔧 Scope of Work:

You’ll be collaborating with an internal digital team across multiple internal platforms, including:

• 🏥 iLearn+ (New LMS) Post Live Support
  
  

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting backend user research
• Providing frontend advisory (Microsoft-based interfaces)
• Leading/participating in discovery workshops
• Producing high-level solution designs
• 1month for post live support and 1 month for post live feedback UIUX changes

👥 Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX experience on internal or enterprise platforms
• Strong communication & workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a corporate environment
