We're looking for mid–senior level UI/UX Specialists to join a digital transformation initiative on a 1-month contract.

📍 Location: Onsite at an office in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

🗓 Contract Period: 7 July – 7 August 2025

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

• The first week will require full onsite presence (5 days).
• Subsequent weeks may include onsite work depending on the schedule of activities such as Discovery Workshops
• If there are no critical activities requiring onsite presence, work-from-home (WFH) requests can be made and will be considered.

💻 Interview: Online, by 2 July 2025

🔧 Scope of Work:

You’ll be collaborating with an internal digital team across multiple internal platforms, including:

• 🏥 A platform for healthcare professionals
• 🧠 A tool to support agency operations
• 📄 A system for internal claims processing

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting backend user research
• Providing frontend advisory (Microsoft-based interfaces)
• Leading/participating in discovery workshops
• Producing high-level solution designs

👥 Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX experience on internal or enterprise platforms
• Strong communication & workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a corporate environment
