We’re looking for a Account Executive who can keep projects on track, decode client needs, and connect the dots between creative vision and real-world execution. You’ll be working closely with both clients and creatives, keeping timelines tight, communication clear, and outcomes exceptional.

What You’ll Do

As the glue between client and creative, you’ll:

+ Manage campaigns and day-to-day projects from start to finish.

+ Brief the creative team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure deadlines are met.

+ Prepare presentations, track deliverables, and support new business efforts.

+ Handle feedback, problem-solve on the fly, and keep the energy positive.

What We’re Looking For

You’re organised, proactive, and have a cool head when things get hectic. You’ll thrive here if you’re: 

+ A Malaysian citizen (this role is open to Malaysians only). 

+ Aged 28–35 with up to 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, project coordination, or related roles. 

+ Fresh grads are welcome

+ Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English.

+ Comfortable in spoken and/or written Chinese? That’s a major plus for our client base.

+ Naturally collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through. 

+ Confident working independently, managing timelines, and juggling tasks. 

+ Ready to roll up your sleeves and start immediately.
