Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing accurate 2D drawings, layout plans, and detailed specifications in accordance with company standards and design requirements

• Support the development of interior design concepts with a focus on clean, functional, and Japanese-inspired aesthetics

• Coordinate renovation and construction activities on-site to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to track project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely material deliveries

• Assist in preparing project quotations and documentation for client submission

• Prepare material boards, samples, and documentation to support design presentations and client approvals

• Monitor project schedules and assist with tracking milestones, follow-ups, and timeline adjustment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Basic technical knowledge of materials and renovation processes

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drawing tools

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
