Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing design concepts across various platforms, supporting both digital and print needs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation, a passion for branding, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, events, and other promotional materials.
• Support the design team with day-to-day creative tasks, including resizing, layout adaptation, and content formatting.
• Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and design solutions.
• Maintain brand & visual consistency across all visual materials.
• Prepare files for print and liaise with printers or suppliers as needed.
• Work with internal departments to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions on time.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and etc.).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• eam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and communicate.

Preferred (Optional)

• Familiar with visual styles and format requirements of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok)
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience in packaging, e-commerce visuals, or social media design
• A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with an appreciation for brand quality
