Your Main Job Scope:

• To handle all the tasks related to design, including Shopee profile, photo editing for different product variations, video shooting & editing, and the design in the product description.
• Work closely with marketing team to understand the design requirements and deliver creative solutions to increase the conversion rates.
• Test the product and understand the product features, target audiences and buyers.
• Implement design strategies to improve click-through rates and overall store performance.
• To write and label the product details in the photo (Eg. measurement, size, colour etc.), and review the design to ensure accuracy and quality.

主要工作范围：

• 处理所有design的相关任务，包括设计Shopee profile, 设计不同产品类型的图片，产品内容的编排/设计，basic照片拍摄和video edit。
• 与marketing team密切合作，了解设计要求及提供设计想法，合作提升买家转化率。
• 试用不同产品，了解产品的卖点和了解目标受众/买家。
• 进行设计策略，用排版/颜色/字体/图片，利用视觉，去提高点击率和整体店铺的表现。
• 在图片上remark产品细节（例如尺寸、大小、颜色等），并检查确保准确的图片细节和资料。

• Good sense of image layout and colours.
• Know the basic of simple video editing.
• Good at time management and always take priority tasks to complete before the deadline given.
• Result oriented person rather than just getting things done.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in any graphic design software.
• Proficient in Mandarin speaking because this role requires reporting to the Chinese speaker supervisor.
