We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Penang. This is a full-time hybrid role, our office located in Penang, but most of us are working from home, we meet once a week. As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing SEO strategies to optimize client's website, conducting keyword research, monitoring results, staying up-to-date with industry trends & best practices, and communicate with clients and potential leads.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting
Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and implementation, demonstrated by increased organic traffic
Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, keyword research, and SEO best practices
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog
Hands on experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS)
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (This is a client facing role)
Has own laptop/PC and a stable internet connection
