Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably a Senior Executive who can work independently with minimal supervision on 2D drawings and 3D rendering.
4. Required skills: AutoCAD, 3DSMAX, Vray, Photoshop, and other professional software.
5. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and manage project deadlines.
6. Ability to multitask with good time management and attention to detail.
   Professional and clear communication skills in English and Mandarin.
7. A plus if you have experience in site management and construction knowledge.
