Description your company and task:
We are an event planning and marketing company with no more than 8 people, but our clients are well-known companies and shopping malls, which gives you complete creative freedom!

Job Task:
1. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

2. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately.

3. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects.

4. Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

5. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

Looking for in house designer
- welcome junior or senior designer to apply

Working style: hybrid 
Working hours: Monday-Friday, Flexible working time (9-6pm or 10-7pm) 

Requirements: 
- Able to read & write English & Mandarin
- Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop or any others design software
- Exceptional, innovative design skills
- Time-management skills for meeting deadlines

Probation period: 1-3months (depends ability of works)

Other benefits: 
- For each project, 8-10% of the profit will be distributed to the team.
