What you'll be doing:

  • Required to do space planning based on the floor plan.
  • Specify materials and furnishing.
  • Prepare detail technical drawings for subcontractors, using computer applications.
  • Research new materials and design.
  • Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfills company or clients requirements.
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.


What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years working experience in mainly residential or related fields 
  • Required languages: Mandarin,  English & Malay.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specilized in Architecture / Interior Design  equivalent.
  • Stay on top of industry  trends, styles and interior design solutions.
  • To collaborate with sales to meet deadline
  • To prepare 2D construction drawings & 3D perspective drawings and colour rendering within stipulated timeline.
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Advanced /Higher/ Gradute Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
