*This is an on-site internship position

We are looking for an intern to join our Web and Graphic Design Team. We design, develop and maintain websites as well as creating visually appealing social media content that generates awareness for our clients' brands and drives demand for their products and solutions. The intern who takes on this position will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in website & social media content design.(Instagram, Facebook etc.)

Interns will be expected to assist and work on client projects across our company. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a real-world industrial setting that is relevant to your current studies or future career aspirations. This gives exposure to interns on real-life working experience. Exposures will include:-

• Be involved in website and landing page design work
• Be involved in creating social media content, static (graphics) or non static (videos)
• Creating brand kit for companies prior to design to control brand consistency
• Understand design intention and thought process that leads to a purpose, upholding both visuals and functionality in a designing work
• Support the team in all phases of the website and landing page development life cycles including; planning, designing and collaborating with developers.

We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and vision which aligns with the company’s vision. We highly encourage individuals who are always open to new ideas and working in an agile environment. You may be involved in one or more of the following areas of expertise as below:-

• Assist in design using Figma
• Assist in conceptualizing ideas to convert into industry standard designs
• Designing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts and requirements
• Complete website and mobile responsive designs for developer to fully translate your design into a functioning site
• Assist in creating, updating and maintaining existing websites and social media content
• Fully run quality checks to ensure the websites and landing pages are presentable and ready to go live to the public

We are looking for candidates who specialize in Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent, and have a strong command of English(both written and verbal). Proficiency in designing with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a prerequisite for this position. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for design and creativity.

By the end of the internship period, we aim to equip you with the essential graphic and web design skills required to develop and deploy your own web applications. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that will enable you to take your skills to the next level and prepare you for future career opportunities.

Working Hours

• 5 Working days a week (Mon – Fri)
• Working hours: 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
• Lunch Time: 1 pm – 2 pm
