We are looking for a highly efficient and motivated project/traffic manager with significant experience within an agency position.

 

You must be a credible, trustworthy and diplomatic communicator - able to rapidly build a strong rapport with the team and also key client contacts as necessary (the bulk of the role will be an internal agency function but there will be senior client contact on project/scope discussions). You will be self-motivated and able to work both well within a team and on your own.

 

 

 

Job description: 

 


Supervises, coordinates and ensures the on time and orderly flow of all advertising from job initiation to its release and billing. Reports to Traffic Manager and Creative Director.

 


Acts as Data asset managements librarian for ELVIS. Responsible for weekly updates, housekeeping, organization and sharing of data.

 


Owns the process from inception to completion, creation of project schedule, managing resources for deliverables, raising red flags and ensuring adherence to the approval process.

 


You will be expected to have right people in the right place at the right time to enable the agency to “move it forward” and produce good creative work—on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible.

 

 

 

 


Scope of Work:

 

• Manage the allocation of projects/work across the team.

 


• Track projects delivered versus overall scope (this will include setting up an effective project    management tool – eg.  Microsoft Project).

 


• Ensure the team is working at optimum capacity and move projects across teams as necessary.

 


• Work with Creative Director and various Team Leaders from various departments on workflow.

 


• Work with Creative Director on management reporting and scope for client reporting and resource negotiations.

 


• Help allocate ad hoc projects and thought leadership projects across the team.

 

 

 

 

Qualities & Experience

 
• Pleasant personality, able to multitask and work under pressure. Fast learner, agile and keen planner.

 


• Demonstrable experience in managing resource across multiple projects.

 


• Both personable and persuasive – this is a very tight team where you will work closely with all levels.

 


• Strong on admin and very well organized.

 


• A good communicator – must have good written and spoken English, BM, Mandarin or Cantonese
