Producer

    Job Description

    • Responsible for finding and launching a project; arranging; financing; hiring the key members of the team; and overseeing all elements of pre-production, production, and post-production, right up to release.
    • Coordinating the activities of writers, directors, managers, actors, and other personnel throughout the production process.
    • Manage the development timeline, raising funds, setting the budget and size of production.
    • Plan video shoots, scout, select and reserve shooting locations.
    • Engage in script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
    • Suggest and make recommendations based on latest online and digital trends to the team to inspire and to create engaging contents or videos.
    • Support ad-hoc projects to develop publicity or marketing materials, video production, troubleshooting, and other related supporting roles.
    • Collaborate and communicate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
    • Manage pre-meeting activities with sponsor or clients, including pitch, presentations, and proposal.
    • Able to work out of working hours and weekends as required.
    • Reporting the overall project progress to the Director on a weekly basis.


    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Creative Photomedia/ Multimedia/Video Production or equivalent
    • At least 2 year experience in Video Producer/Videography, preferably with video editing, social media channel (YouTube/Facebook) managing, live broadcast experience etc.
    • Language(s): English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
    • Preferred skills: Video Production, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
    • Familiar with operating a video camera with basic lighting equipment on shoots.
    • Familiar with latest multimedia, digital marketing and social media platforms such as TikTok/DouYin, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
