• Assist in the conceptualization, design and formulation of visuals and creatives for our advertising and promotional for overall platforms.
• Able to create visual communications across print, web, and digital platforms. Post-shoot edits to produce marketing and promotional graphic or videos. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Able to express creativity and concept developments by utilizing a wide range of media and computer-aided designs to produce high-quality works to elevate brand awareness to targeted market segment.
• Plan, execute and monitor A&P strategies provided across all online and offline platform such as social media, website, e-commerce, and others.
• Assist to create and content write-up for social media post and story daily.
• Manage, maintain, and ensure branding structures are consistent across all design projects.
• Participates in brainstorming exercises with cross-functional teams to develop ideas.
• Constantly striving to stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends, exploring new design frontiers as and when. Upkeep with the latest advertising and IT trends and best practices to assist brand to optimize its creative and digital efforts and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with minimum 3 years relevant experiences.
• At least a Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Must provide portfolio of completed design projects.
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and other equivalent illustration tools,)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Attention to visual details, strong graphic conceptualization skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and collaborate with team. Can work independently, methodically and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge in web design and html would be an added advantage.
