Reason of resign

I left my previous job primarily due to several challenges at the new startup company. Firstly, there was a lack of a clearly defined job scope, an inefficient working system, and a prolonged shortage of manpower. These factors led to me taking on a multitude of tasks that were not part of my designated role. These included tasks such as sales activities, customer service responsibilities, managing paid orders, packing orders for shipping, and more, which extended beyond my role as a designer. I found myself wearing multiple hats, trying to balance design work while also handling various administrative and operational tasks.

Moreover, I had minimal time off, with just one day off per week, and the compensation was relatively low. On my rare days off, I encountered pressure to respond to work-related messages, even though I had not enjoyed consecutive days off for two weeks. The flexible working schedule also added to the challenges.

In conclusion, it became evident that this job did not align with my preference for a healthier work-life balance, and I felt it was best for me to seek a different work environment.
