Ensure tickets assigned are recorded, updated and resolved in the ticket logging system within SLA

Provide first and second line support and answer queries from staff and students on IT support related matters, troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving faults, escalating to technical team where required

Prioritise and manage assigned tickets and tasks to minimise disruptions to the operations of the University

Commit to sustain a culture of service excellence, aim to exceed staff and students’ needs and expectations, maintain a positive mindset and be cordial even in difficult situation

Demonstrate professionalism, participate in the cultivation of workplace relationships and teamwork, lead and foster the development of others towards achieving department and University objectives
