CurrentCompliance Officer of AMLA. Implement a new procedure/SOP for the company in accordance with AMLAregulations.Conduct due diligence reviews on high-risk clients and investigate AMLA, Anti-Bribery and Corruption cases. Stay updated on legislative changes, design and conduct training sessionsand materials on AMLA and Anti-Bribery and Corruption under MACC Act to theemployees. Provide compliance and risk control guidance on internal policies, laws andregulations. Analyze regulatory changes and support their implementation business. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements,internal/ external correspondence to protect the company’s interest. Liaise with external lawyers, auditors, and consultants regarding legal matters.
Provide guidance on corporate compliance and governance best practices. Monitor changes in legislation affecting corporate governance and advisemanagement. Attended trainings under SSM, MAISCA and MSC on AMLA and Anti-Bribery andCorruption matters.
