Quality assurance: Ensuring the quality of design work is paramount. Review and provide feedback on the work of junior designers to maintain high standards.

Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in design software, as well as a deep understanding of the technical aspects of design, such as file preparation for various media and printing techniques.

Adherence to brand guidelines: Ensure that all design work is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and standards.

Stay current with design trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure that work remains fresh and relevant.

Problem solving: Adept at creative problem solving, finding effective design solutions that meet client objectives and address any challenges that may arise during the design process.
