💡HOW TO ENTER

Stage 1: Proposal Submission 

1. Applicants  are required to complete the Registration Form prior to Stage 1 proposal submission.

2. Applicants can submit multiple entries but can only receive award in one category. 

3. Stage 1 Entries are to be received by Rtist Malaysia through the given submission link before 11:59PM on the 29th October 2024. Entries which are not submitted during the submission period shall be disqualified.

4. The submission should contain the following documents :-

a) MYDATA-SSM (Business or Company Profile), to be obtained from https://www.mydata-ssm.com.my/homePage.

*Note: Any search report should be dated less than 6 months prior to the date of submission. 

b) Company portfolio/profile showcasing track record, portfolio, and experience in the field of animation or motion comics. 

c) The project proposal should include but not limited to the following: 
i) Storyline: A written narrative outlining the concept and plot; 
ii) Character List: A detailed list of characters involved in the project; 
iii) Mood Board: Visual representations that convey the project's intended look and feel; 
iv) Motion Board: A storyboard showcasing keyframes and motion sequences; 
v)  Pitching Video: A 5-minute video pitch; and
vi) Label File:  Name_Category A/B/C
