To manage all pages across all websites, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way, making it easy for the customer to discover and desire.
To ensure that all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying bestsellers, key trends & stories.
Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of the product, including setting up, pricing, categorization, ranking, upsell/cross-sell online.

Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
Monitor SEO performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate.
Collaborate with others within the digital marketing department to manage SEO strategy
2D Graphic Designer:
Point of Sale Marketing Materials (POSM) materials related to online events or promotions (Voucher, Wobbler, Shelf-talkers, Posters, Leaflets, etc.)
Digital Graphic Designer:
Brainstorm ideas for distinctive designs for online-related sales.
Communicating with the Digital Marketing Team for the digital advertisement (Instagrams, FB)
Design a Digital display for the Website. (E-banner, E-advertisement)
Landing Page Set-up.
Online Sales Coordinator:
Communicating with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary, crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.
