Team Keris Berhad (TKB) was incorporated in 1991, and with more than 30 years of development experience, the Group has developed many integrated developments in the state of Perak.

The group with its extensive experience in corporate, development, construction and marketing strategies, is focused on advancement through practical development layout and innovative architecture and design.

Approaching any development with the aim of addressing the needs of the locale presently and into the future, the Group has worked with renowned global and local retailers, who has set up some of their largest outlets in TKB's developement.

TKB has established many integrated developments around Perak with an approximate total value of RM5.0 billion covering a wide range of properties from shopping malls, commerical buildings, bus and taxi terminals, hotel, petrol station to various residential properties, addressing the needs of the locality of each development.

TKB is driven by the philosophy and core objective of development which is value creation and enhancement for every project, allowing organic appreciation of property values, benefitting all stakeholders.
