Our Story

Fadlin Johan Solutions is named after me because the work is personal. I bring myself to every project, no account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. When you work with me, you get someone who has actually run a restaurant floor, managed a retail business, led digital campaigns, and knows what a brand looks and feels like at every customer touchpoint.

The company is called Solutions because that is exactly what it is. Not a design studio. Not a social media agency. Not a production house. All of the above, and more, depending on what the client actually needs.

My work spans brand direction, content strategy, photography, film production, social media, AI-driven solutions, and creative advisory. I’ve partnered with specialty F&B brands, lifestyle concepts, plant shops, wellness businesses, and many other niche and emerging ventures.

Over 20 years of working across hospitality, F&B, retail, and marketing means I understand business from the inside. That context changes everything about how I approach creative work.
