Advanced from staff to manager at the first branch, later selected to oversee operations and mentor new staff at a second branch, and subsequently appointed branch manager of a third branch, where I led staff development and managed full operational responsibilities. I directed branch performance to consistently achieve daily sales targets of RM 1,000, personally attaining several highest daily sales ranging from RM 1,500 to over RM 2,000.
