🚀 We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer (On-Site @ Rtist, KL)

We’re looking for UI/UX Designer to join us on this journey.
You’ll drive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that serve creative professionals (designers, illustrators, multimedia) and clients (agencies, companies) and improve the Rtist experience for local creatives and businesses.
📍 Work Location: GMBB, No. 2, Jalan Robertson, Bukit Bintang, 50150 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
📍 Work Mode: On-site
As UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will be to:
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive UI and meaningful UX for web and mobile components across Rtist
- Lead end-to-end design processes: user research, wireframes → prototypes → final visual design
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems: style guides, pattern libraries, UI kits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and marketing to deliver polished, aligned experiences
- Stay ahead of the curve on design trends, tooling, and emerging best practices
We believe is important for you to have:
What You’ll Need
- Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar – with strong wireframing/prototyping chops
- Analytical, user-focused, collaborative, and flexible under fast-paced conditions
- Able to present and rationalize design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) or understanding of platform constraints
- Prior experience in marketplace platforms, especially those serving creative freelancers
- Exposure to data-driven product design (e.g. A/B testing, user analytics)
