My name is Benn, and I am a brand designer and project manager with over a decade of experience in creating and managing impactful brands. My journey began with a background in logistics, which provided me with strong analytical and project management skills. However, my passion for branding was ignited while working in online marketing for the game industry, where I assisted clients with managing marketing events and preparing proposals. This exposure to the branding strategies of major companies inspired me to dive deeper into design and branding, leading me to co-found a clothing brand called SICKOF STUDIO. Gaming industry is one of the most explosive growth industry nowadays. Many top brands have began to collaborate with games in order to reach more younger generation. Marketing and Influencers marketing play an important role in Esports industry, as most of the time Esports Industry has a lot of large or middle size competition, online campaign, offline campaign and in game campaign as well. Hence, the volume for promotion is huge and it needs to be very accurate implementation of marketing, so that it is able to achieve our goals of the campaign.

- Communicate with clients and understanding their needs and requirement
- Assist client to achieve their goals by matching the appropriate KOLs to their event or campaign
- Communicate with KOLs or agencies for collaboration
- Research potential advertising method for game promotion
- Research potential talent game streamer or KOL and cultivate them to become top streamer
- Managing more than 50 KOLs in the same time and approaching more potential content creators
- Organise marketing strategy for esports event for both online and offline, including planning, managing, researching, communicating, scheduling and etc.
- Constantly monitoring the esports industry information and updates in SEA, such as Thailand,Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines
- Plan marketing strategy for client's game company
- Data collection and analysis of marketing campaign
- Constantly updating new market information and young generation preference
- Constantly researching more potential promotion method including NFTs, Blockchain games and others promotion method that follows current market trend
