Graphics Designer

- Design graphic and multimedia materials for campaigns,
official reports, diplomatic events, and public
communications related to foreign policy.
- Develop visual identity and design concepts for ministry
programs, forums, and official events, including ASEAN
meetings, diplomatic missions, and National Day celebrations
abroad.
- Produce digital content for social media, including interactive
graphics, infographics, short animations, and promotional
videos for the official MOFA platforms.
- Prepare designs for exhibitions and printed materials such as
posters, buntings, backdrops, annual reports, and program
books.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Communication and Media
- Division to ensure consistency in the ministry’s visual identity.
- Manage design assets and digital archives, including image
editing, file storage, and material coordination for official use.
- Support visual preparation and promotional efforts for
international events such as the ASEAN-Malaysia 2025
Conference or overseas diplomatic missions.
- Apply skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
and Canva for daily design tasks.
- Contribute to enhancing the ministry’s visual communication
quality through professional and high-impact design work.
