❖ To respond to Call Center email during working hours
❖ To support the Account Management (“AM”) (outdoor based) on outpatient and admission cases on issuance of guarantee letter/ case investigation/ pending guarantee letter
❖ To ensure data listing provided by clients is in order
❖ To perform random checking on data listing when data is being uploaded to the system
❖ To follow up on the status of medical cards
❖ To ensure helpdesk tracking is attended to, and all items are in order according to timeline
❖ To attend to medical provider’s calls
❖ To attend to agent/ broker/ insurer’s call
and attend to cases – to compile the
broker’s contact number
❖ To obtain from Call Center on the
chronology of cases
❖ To generate or pull report from portal and
send to ASO clients (as and when
required)
❖ To assist and provide support to the road
show for card distribution as and when
required
❖ To upload panel clinic listing into portal
for ASO clients (corporate login)
❖ To obtain the updated panel hospital
Room and Board listing from provider
team
❖ To provide administrative support to the
AM team on the client’s incomplete data
declaration
❖ To provide other administrative support
as assigned to cater for life cases/ emergency/ ad hoc/ special arrangement, if any.
