Handles Outlet opening. Created videos with Adobe Premier Pro, Annual Dinner Video. Outlets requested items and design packaging for Specs Box. Events design items, FA printing manages.

Reason of resign

Not suitable open area environment with only hired one designer handles all things. Design also set a boundaries and old templates from boss and marketing. Ideas hired a graphic designer as me. But, after gave ideas. Marketing always changed the ideas, follow the old design and theirs own way with no improvements in their business and marketing. Company Ideas thinking not lively, never do design plan or marketing plan well or out of the box. Company which is old school type. No ideas at all, always think only inside the boss. No creativity of a designer acceptance. Even boss can also be a designer. So, what for to hired a designer, wasting money. Which don't give designer a chances to giving creative ideas to improve the marketing and business ? New and fresh marketing handle projects, everything messed up which don't have closing filing system and filing system. Which do not know how to manage when projects comes in. **( ADOBE SOFTWARE ALL NOT ORIGINAL IN THIS COMPANY. )**

Reason of resign

Mainly there is no increase in my salary with handle huge load of works. OT but sometimes no extra pay. Sometime, work from 9am till the other day 6am. Normal working hours is 9am to 6pm. I don't mind to stay back actually. But, the problem is no extra pay or increase in my salary. **( ADOBE SOFTWARE ALL NOT ORIGINAL IN THIS COMPANY. )**
