Procurement
- Sources goods and services from local and overseas suppliers at competitive price and terms.
- Manage request of quotation, review, purchase order, DO, Transmittal note for project and invoice for client/supplier.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on timely delivery goods and services also negotiation.
- Manage budgets, bill of quantities and other documentations.

Admin
- Custodian for confidential and sensitive documents (Personnel File)
- Liaise with statutory government bodies such as SSM, KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN etc. regarding labour legislation issues
- Liaise with licencing PETRONAS
- Manage historical human resource records by designing a filling and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
- Plan and schedule travel arrangements, meeting, events and maintain agendas
- To handle HR matters (payroll, staff attendance, leave/medical etc)
- Responsible to Account Payable – supplier, staff salary, petty cash, payment voucher & other claims.
- Reconcile statement of account (supplier & bank)
- Control Master list asset
- Cash flow (Cash Book)
