我拥有约 10 年线上销售与营销相关经验，从最早接触线上销售、客户沟通、订单处理，到后来参与设计、内容制作、社交媒体运营、广告营销及团队管理，我一直都在商家营销的第一线累积实战经验。

目前我的工作主要围绕 Digital Marketing、Social Media Content、Meta Ads、广告创意及品牌内容策划。我擅长从消费者的角度思考，帮助商家把复杂的产品与服务整理成顾客容易理解、愿意停下来看的内容，并进一步转化成广告素材、短视频、社交媒体内容及营销方向。

过去我接触过不同类型的行业，包括装修、五金、Beauty、F&B、电商、服务业及本地 SME。相比单纯追求“设计好看”，我更重视内容是否能够清楚表达卖点、抓住目标顾客的痛点，以及最终能否带来更有效的询问和成交机会。

Hi, I’m Kexin, and you can also call me MM.

I have around 10 years of experience in online sales and marketing. My journey started with online selling, customer communication and order management, and gradually expanded into design, content creation, social media management, digital advertising and team management. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how businesses attract customers and turn attention into enquiries and sales.

Today, I mainly focus on Digital Marketing, Social Media Content, Meta Ads, advertising creatives and content strategy. One of my strengths is looking at a business from the customer’s perspective and turning complicated products or services into clear, engaging messages that people can easily understand.

Over the years, I have worked with businesses across different industries, including renovation, hardware, beauty, F&B, e-commerce, local services and SMEs. Instead of focusing only on making content look attractive, I pay attention to whether the message communicates the right selling point, addresses the customer’s pain points and attracts the right audience.

I believe effective marketing is not simply about posting more content. It is about understanding customers, testing different ideas and continuously improving what works. My goal is to help businesses with good products or services communicate their value more clearly and build a marketing direction that supports real business growth.
