Throughout my tenure at Fajamas Sdn Bhd, I have served in various key positions including Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, and Account Clerk. As an Assistant Supervisor at Pajak Gadai First Choice (2019–2021) and Pajak Gadai Gong Hi (2021–2022), I was responsible for assisting in day-to-day pawnshop operations, evaluating gold items, managing customer transactions, and ensuring proper documentation and inventory of pawned items.
